An environmentally friendly, black liquid roof primer manufactured from emulsified "Heart of Texas" Asphalt® and other select ingredients. Used to seal and prime dry, weathered asphalt roofs before coating with Flex•Shield® Roof Coating. It is also effective as a primer for exposed metal roofs. In either case, it creates a more bondable surface for a final protective coating of Flex•Shield® Roof Coating.
