A low viscosity polymer enhanced water borne primer especially formulated to prepare smooth and granule surfaced asphalt, smooth and granule surfaced modified bitumen, metal, CSPE, CPE, PVC and sprayed in place urethane foam roofs for repair and/or coating with SWEPCO's Guardian Line of roof maintenance products. Enhances bonding of new repair materials to the existing surface, resulting in more reliable repairs.
