TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All orders are subject to approval by the Fort Worth,Texas Home Office. Unless mutually agreed to in writing, this constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and neither buyer nor seller shall be bound by any other agreement, either expressed or implied.
- Our standard terms for credit-worthy customers are 30 days net from the shipping date. You are not invoiced until the order ships.
- This order will be shipped freight prepaid from the nearest factory or warehouse at the seller's discretion.
- Goods are not sold on consignment and are not subject to unauthorized return for credit.
- Title to goods passes to buyer upon delivery to transportation company.
- The invoice is payable upon maturity to the company at its Home Office in Fort Worth TX. Any invoice not paid by the due date is subect to the maximum late payment fee permitted by law, and any other legal fees necessary for collection.
